Overall: What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping me in two ways: 1. Easier to schedule interview meetings about accounts when there is something as simple as a $5-$10 gift card on the line to better understand how they are using our product, etc. This allows me to gather additional info where I might be able to get it before. 2. Say thanks to a group of people or executives post meetings to help make and drive impact to them. It's helping in a big way just knowing that they are leveraging what I am sending and allows me to throw in a "Hey don't forget to do x..." thought to them.
